6th Annual Scavenger Hunt in Newport Harbor
Saturday, June 26 / Noon - 3 p.m.
Its that time again: Overture's 6th annual
Scavenger Hunt in Newport Beach!
We will convene at Noon at the Balboa Saloon for a reception and event introduction.
At 1pm we'll head down to Balboa Boat Rentals to board electric boats and then participate in an exciting adventure through beautiful Newport Harbor to find clues, solve riddles and win the scavenger hunt.
Following the scavenger hunt, we will have a reception at the Balboa Saloon, which will include an opportunity drawing and fantastic prizes to be given to the top three teams who find the most answers and are back the quickest. Prizes include theatre tickets, wine, gift certificates to local restaurants, and more!
The grand prize raffle item is a
2 night stay at an oceanfront condo in Del Mar.
The cost for this event: Overture members $35 per person and non-members $45 per person. This includes the pre- and post-event receptions as well as wine/beer for your team on the boat. For participants interested in reserving an entire boat for you and your friends, the cost for a boat and event together is $250 for a team of eight ($31.25 per person).

Overture's "80s Lawn Bowling Party & BBQ" May 1
Overture Young Professionals went retro 80s for a fun afternoon of...lawn bowling. Yes, lawn bowling plus beer, wine, margaritas, BBQ hamburgers and chicken, and much more!
The afternoon included lawn bowling instruction from seasoned Lawn Bowling Club members, followed by a lawn bowling tournament and open bowling.
Because of the large turnout and enthusiastic response, Overture will make this an annual event--or we may do it agian this fall!
